A light, flavorful, and satisfying pasta dish using plenty of fresh chard. This recipe only takes 20 minutes and is perfect to eat when you need a comforting yet healthy meal.

Ingredients
9ozspaghetti
¼colive oil
1shallotdiced
½tspfennel seeds
½tspred pepper flakes
3tspfresh sageminced
¼cnutritional yeast
½tspsalt
1hefty bunchof Swiss chardchopped, I used about 6 cups
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
In a pot with salted water, boil your spaghetti until al dente or according to package instructions.
While that cooks, in a large skillet over medium heat, add half of your olive oil then sauté the shallot, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes, and sage until fragrant.
Add the nutritional yeast, salt, and Swiss chard and gently toss until the chard begins to wilt. Toss in the lemon juice and let the chard cook down another 1-2 minutes.
Add the remaining olive oil and your cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until combined. Remove from the heat, and enjoy!
